Why They're Here
Carpet beetle larvae feed on natural fibers like wool, silk, and feathers. Adults fly in from outside and lay eggs in quiet, undisturbed areas — closets, under furniture, and along baseboards.
What to Watch For
Small irregular holes in wool clothing, blankets, or rugs. You may also find tiny shed larval skins or small, round adult beetles near windows.
