Your subscription buys a set number of scheduled visits per year plus our standard botanical treatment at every one. If pests come back from something we treated, we come out free as many times as needed — that’s our guarantee, not extra service. Anything outside the standard treatment (bed bug programs, dehumidifier installs, etc.) is on the price list below, and your technician quotes it before any work starts. No surprises.

Pricing assumes a typical home up to 3,500 sq ft on a lot up to 1 acre. Larger or non-standard properties are quoted at inspection.
Standard treatment at every visit
- Botanical perimeter spray around the foundation and exterior pest hot-spots
- Interior crack-and-crevice treatment in kitchen, bath, and utility areas
- Spider web knockdown + 30-day deterrent on eaves and doorframes
- Standard ant trail interrupt + bait placement
- Inspection of any previously-deployed bait stations or traps, with consumables refreshed
- Full property inspection with photo documentation in your customer portal
- Basic exclusion: caulking small entry points (under ½″) and stuffing visible gaps
- Pre-visit reminder + post-visit recap email with care guides for any pest we found

Anything outside the standard visit. Your technician will quote it on the spot before any work begins. Items marked Referred are handled by a vetted Maryland partner — we coordinate the timing.

How it works at a visit. If your technician spots something on this list, they explain it, give you the price, and you say yes or no before any work starts. A draft estimate shows up in your customer portal regardless — you can sleep on it and decide later.
What we don’t do
A few categories you shouldn’t call us for — better to know up front than be disappointed at a visit.
- Heat or steam treatment — our insurance excludes thermal work; we refer to a partner who carries the right coverage.
- Wildlife lethal trapping — we exclude and sanitize but don’t trap squirrels, raccoons, or birds. MD DNR wildlife-rehabilitator referrals on request.
- Mold remediation — we’ll document moisture issues and recommend a remediator.
- Lawn or shrub pest treatment (turf grub, scale, etc.) — different licensure category; we refer to a Cat-3 turf specialist.
- Commercial, multi-family, or food-service accounts — we’re residential-only at present.
